Action Care, in partnership with HSBC, conducted 8 Ramadan Gift of Giving programs
Action Care, in partnership with HSBC, conducted 8 Ramadan Gift of Giving programs for orphans, underprivileged children and families, and children with special needs. During each event the children played games, participated in drama and story-telling activities, enjoyed a 5-star Iftar meal, and received gifts of backpacks and school supplies.
These programs were conducted at the following locations;
- Ramada Hotel, Ajman, for children and mothers from underprivileged families under the care of Al Ihsan Charity Center
- Alya Hotel, Al Ain, for orphans and their caregivers from Dar Zayed for Family Care
- Senses Residential Center, Dubai for children and young adults with special needs
- Le Meridian, Fujairah, for orphans under the care of Beit Al Khair Society
- Al Murooj Rotana, Dubai, for orphans under the care of Beit Al Khair Society
- Hilton, Ras al Khaimah, for orphans from Beit Al Khair Society
- Radisson Blu, Sharjah
- Radisson Blu, Abu Dhabi, for orphans under the care of the Red Crescent Society
I learned that anyone can make the world a better place and can make a difference. Now I feel confident that I can make a difference, and after I finish school I'm going to volunteer and try to make a difference myself. I'd like to thank the MOVE Program, because this program improves us, it improves our school and makes it a better place.
